Road Trip 2: Beer Pong Interview

Published by admin at 12:05 pm under The Industry

I have been invited to do a video interview tomorrow at Paramount for the Road Trip 2 DVD, scheduled for release later this year.  Last night, incidentally, I  bought a new shirt with a gift card from my mom.  I’m also going to get a much-needed haircut.

One of the questions will be, “if you were a legendary beer pong player, what would your signature shot be and what would it be called?”  Any ideas?  Perhaps the best suggestion will make it onto the DVD.

The Texas Tornado – start with your back to the table, spin 180 degrees as you jump and fire the shot

My shot is called the “Laser.” I shoot it straight at the cup with no arch. My brother has a similar shot….must run in the family.

    The Armpit:
Left arm up as if telling the bench “face,” and hold.
Ball falls just under left arm pit, brushes hair if shirtless…or sleveless, maybe even a little sweat trails on the ball (got to throw you a little dramatic effect for you Brad ;) )
Paddle flicks up (not a swing) directly under the left arm pit.
Player’s eyes don’t leave the bench.
I think best effect would be if the player uses western handle and drops to Asian handle just for the flick (kind of like a knife fighter would drop from point grip to fist grip?).
    Regards,

    …definitely not a pong champion.
P.S. Did Tweeker give you the idea for the Slapshot 3 “Tweeker” shot?
Noticed “Alex” was there too, coincidence?
