Extreme Close Up
Or, ECU for film fans.

Daddyhood has gotten in me into this get-er-done safety mode, so after reading an article in Money Magazine about how people get ripped off by their home owner’s insurance when they have a major claim because they don’t have documentation of their possessions, I went around yesterday morning shooting photos of all our stuff. The photo above was the best shot I took of our most valuable commodity. I recommend you have a photo shoot in your own home. It takes half an hour at most. Then put the photos on a disc and store it at work.
Great pic! I’ve been thinking of doing the same for years. Thanks for the reminder, dude.
Man, we have to get Sophia and Aaron together in the near future. For those who so not know, Sophia was born 2 days before my son, Aaron! I love seeing the pictures so keep ‘em coming. I’ll send you some soon.
Those eyes are unbelievable! She is so perfect!
She looks like Sawyer, just prettier, in a girl way.
Sophie’s a beauty as always!
Regarding photo inventory… it’s also a good idea to record model and serial numbers for your valuables. This should ease the reclamation process if you ever have something stolen, and then recovered by the police.
True Dat. Here’s a normal conversation for me at work.
Victim- somebody stolt my xbox, u need to find it
chad-do u have the serial number
victim-nope, i threw the box away
chad- ok, we will probably find the guy walking down the street with a sign that says “just stole tom’s xbox.” if not, i’d go buy a new one and keep the box.
She clearly has her Uncle Brian’s eyes. No wonder she’s such a good looking little thing.
You’re right about Sophie being your most valued commodity! She is the prettiest little girl ever…she has those Tina and MeMe genes, can’t go wrong on those!
As far as taking pictures of “stuff”, and the time required, you obviously don’t remember the “stuff” your’re Uncle Sid has. It would take a month to take take pictures of all his stuff!
