Dime to Interview Oscar Winner
The 2004 Academy Award-winning writer and producer of Crash is slated to speak at Spalding University’s Brief-Residency MFA Program.
Robert Moresco will discuss Crash and the craft of screenwriting at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday Nov. 6, at Louisville’s Brown Hotel. A reception will follow. The forum is free and open to the public. The discussion will be lead by the Kentucky Film Lab’s founding co-director, Brad Riddell, and his colleague on Spalding’s faculty, Sam Zalutsky.

Hey Brad!
How have you been? I was glad to run across your site and catch up on what you have been up to. I was telling my son Andrew, 17 years old now, what you are doing now out on the coast. He remembered you from VES when you and he swapped jerseys (USA cycling for Manchester United). Believe it or not, he still wears that jersey regularly (it fits him now)! I would love to be able to visit with you while you are in the state for the Nov. 6 forum but I will be producing live local coverage of the election here in Frankfort that night. Maybe I can catch you another time when you are in the area to catch up. I hope the writers strike is short lived and things get back to normal for you soon. Congrats on the family!
